Drinking Games on Your Stag Night
Drinking games on a stag night are a great way to break the ice between people and gets some uninhibited conversation flowing. You don't have to go wild when you play these games, although chances are, if you're looking up drinking games for your stag weekend, that's exactly what you want to do! The best thing about drinking games is that you don't usually need a lot of props with you, if any, you just need to remember the rules, which tend to be quite simple to making things (seemingly) easy for everyone! We've collected our top five drinking games for stag weekends so there should be one in here that you can remember to tell the guys when you're out and about.
100
This is a deceptively simple game that sounds very easy but will get you very drunk. IN fact it is just a way of measuring out your drinking. The rules are basically that you use a watch to count off each minute, celebrating the moment with a shot of beer. It might sound simple but keeping time for 100 minutes can be tricky, especially towards the end and the amount that you might have drunk in just over an hour and a half isn't to be sniffed at.
Fuzzy Duck
This is a classic bar drinking game. Sitting round in a circle simply start with one person saying “fuzzy duck” each person repeats it until one person decides to say “does he?” at which point the game must change direction in the circle and now, instead of saying “fuzzy duck” the chant turns to “ducky fuzz”. This sounds easy enough but anyone who makes a mistake must do a forfeit or take a drink and after you've had a few halves of shandy you might find it more difficult to keep it accurate!
Higher or Lower
This is a very easy game but it does need a pack of cards. Just like Bruce Forsyth simply turn the cards over and guess whether the next one will be higher or lower. You know what happens if you get it wrong!
Flip and sip
Take some beer mats from a table and place them down with the edge poking over the side fo the table. The aim is to flip them in the air and catch them again. Any mistakes requires you to take a sip of your drink. Expect your hand eye coordination to become impaired the longer you make mistakes on this game.
I never
This is a great game if you've got a group of people together who have never met before as it's a bit of an ice breaker, but not in a lame dinner party way, in a “you've done what??!!!…fair play” kind of way.
Someone makes a true statement beginning with “I've never” about something they have never done. For example “I've never been on a stag do before”. Anyone in the rest of the group who HAS done that, has to take a drink.
It only works if people are really honest though and the really embarrassing statements start to come out.
